In this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Policy’), ALG logistika UAB, registered company No 302844015, registered office address Kauno m. sav. Kauno m. Vytauto pr. 29 (hereinafter referred to as ‘We’ or the ‘Company’) establishes terms and conditions of personal data processing while using the services provided by the Company and visiting its website http://www.alglogistika.lt/ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’). These terms and conditions apply every time when you seek to access content and/or any service provided by us irrespective of the type of device you are using (a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet, a TV set etc.).

Data on the data controller are accumulated and stored in the Vilnius Branch of VĮ Registrų centras.

Our customers may transfer their personal data to us so that we can perform the services of consignment delivery, cash collection at delivery and other services provided by the Company. In such a case the Company acts in the capacity of a data processor; opportunities for using your information are limited and we are not able to use it for purposes other than the purposes of provision of our services, and we act according to instructions of the data controller (the customer).
